At Skiaxtro Eco Farm Marathopoli

At the beginning of the summer, when the temperature will start to rise, we invite you to a relaxing and creative three-day escape at the enchanting Skiaxtro Eco Farm.

A comfortable stay in nature, yoga, breathing techniques and meditations, excursions, sailing, Mediterranean home cooking, creative moments and absolute relaxation are some of the elements that will make up these three days.

 

The program of the retreat is as follows:

Friday 14/06/2024

From 14.00 until 18.00 arrival at the farm.

18.30 – 20.00: Getting to know each other – Breathworking – Meditation

20.30: Dinner and relaxing chat under the stars

Saturday 15/06/2024

07.45 – 09.00: Hatha Yoga

09.15 – 10.00: Brunch

10.30 Departure for the port of Pylos where we will start our cruise with the sailing ship Iousa. Depending on the weather, we will visit a deserted island in the area, swim in beautiful waters, snorkel, eat and of course go sailing, letting the wind and waves clear our minds of worries.

19.30 Return to the port and free time for a walk, food or rest.

Sunday 16/06/2024

08.30 – 09.45: Hatha Yoga

10.00 – 11.00: Brunch

11.15 – 12.30: Mandala workshop. We learn about mandalas and close our three days creatively by recording our experience on paper.

13.00 Farewell circle

It is possible to check out late until 7 pm so that we can enjoy another nice walk in the area, as well as an extra night for anyone who wishes at an additional cost.

Accommodation is in luxurious, fully equipped Bell Tent type tents with a diameter of 5m, double or triple. It is also possible to stay in smaller tents (equipped with a mattress, sheets and electricity) for someone who wants to stay alone. Skiaxtro Eco Farm is located in Marathopoli, Messinia, 3 hours from Athens, and is a place of well-being, creativity and experiences made with a lot of love and passion so that visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature to the fullest.

Cost
For accommodation in a double tent €220 per person. If anyone wants a single tent, contact us.

Participation declarations on the phone 6937840077.A deposit of €70 is required to reserve a seat. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers or if the participant cancels by 04/06/24 the deposit is refunded.

The price includes:
– Accommodation in luxurious tents at the ecological farm Skiachtro, two nights.
– Vegetarian half-board: two brunch-style meals with sweet and savory delicacies and one dinner with home-made, traditional food from local ingredients.
– Practicing in yoga,  breathwork & meditation.
