Late Summer Retreat- Embracing body and soul Vol.2

For the second year in a row, at the sweetest time of the year, at the coming of September which for many marks the beginning of a new era, we invite you to a three-day retreat where we will embrace our body and soul. In the beautiful and welcoming Skiaxtro Eco Farm under the shade of olives and pines, we will escape, relax, recharge our batteries and maybe get to know ourselves a little better...

These three days we will practice Hatha Yoga practices that even beginners can follow, breathing practices and meditations, we will improvise in a mandala workshop and we will participate in a special event related to dreams. All this in absolute harmony with nature and knowing the beauties of the surrounding area.

The program of the retreat:

Friday 8/9/23

From 14.00 until 18.00 arrival at the farm.

18.30 – 20.00: Datinf circle - Breathworking - Meditation

20.30: Dinner and relaxing chat under the stars

Saturday 9/9/23

08.30 – 09.45: Hatha Yoga

10.00 – 11.00: Brunch

From 11.00 there is free time and it is suggested that we all go on an excursion together to the Kalamari waterfall and the Gialova wetland and to dive in the wonderful waters of Voidokoilia.

19.30 – 20.30: Dinner

21.00 We lie down on cushions on the wooden deck and in a magical atmosphere of candles and music we participate in a "dream" activity guided by the psychologist Christian Vracha. We talk about dreams, their meaning and their interpretation in order to get to know ourselves a little more.

Sunday 10/9/23

08.30 – 09.45: Hatha Yoga

10.00 – 11.00: Brunch

11.15 – 12.30: Mandala workshop. We learn about mandalas and close our three days creatively by recording our experience on paper.

13.00 Farewell circle

Accommodation is in luxurious, fully equipped Bell Tent type tents with a diameter of 5m, double or triple. It is also possible to stay in smaller tents (equipped with a mattress, sheets and electricity) for someone who wants to stay alone. Skiaxtro Eco Farm is located in Marathopoli, Messinia, 3 hours from Athens, and is a place of well-being, creativity and experiences made with a lot of love and passion so that visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature to the fullest.
